These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Gulzenix (“we,” “us,” “our”), a graphic design studio based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, operating through our website at https://gulzenix.shop (the “Site”), and any design services purchased through it (the “Services”). By contacting us, placing an order, or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide graphic design services including but not limited to: Logo Design, Brand Identity, Packaging Design, Print Design, and Social Media Design, as agreed upon between you and us via WhatsApp, email, or our Contact form.

2. ORDERS AND PROJECT SCOPE
2.1. Every project begins once the scope of work is discussed and agreed via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.
2.2. Work requested beyond the agreed scope (extra concepts, new deliverables, additional formats) will be quoted and charged separately before starting.
2.3. We reserve the right to decline any project that doesn’t fit our capacity or expertise.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.
3.2. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, arranged directly with us over WhatsApp or email.
3.3. All prices are listed in “PKR”and “USD”, unless otherwise agreed in writing for international clients.
3.4. Work will be paused if the advance or remaining payment is not received as agreed.

4. REVISIONS
4.1. Each project includes “2 rounds” of revisions unless a different number is agreed for a specific project.
4.2. Additional revisions beyond this will be quoted separately.
4.3. Revision requests must be shared clearly and in writing (WhatsApp/email) within [7 days] of receiving the draft.

5. DELIVERY TIMELINE
5.1. Estimated delivery time will be shared at the start of each project, depending on complexity.
5.2. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete information, or delayed payment from the Client’s side will extend the timeline accordingly.
5.3. Final files are delivered in the agreed format(s) (e.g., AI, PNG, JPG, PDF) only after full payment is received.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1. If a project is cancelled after work has already started, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus the value of work already done.
6.2. Once a project is fully delivered and approved, no refund will be issued.
6.3. The advance payment is used to secure your project slot and begin work; the partial-refund calculation above applies to it as well.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
7.1. Full ownership of the final approved design(s) transfers to the Client only after full and final payment is received.
7.2. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and website for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing and we agree.
7.3. Unused concepts, drafts, and rejected design directions remain the property of Gulzenix.
7.4. Any stock photos, fonts, or icons used are subject to their own third-party licenses; it is the Client’s responsibility to maintain any required ongoing licenses.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The Client must provide clear briefs, timely feedback, and any required material (existing logos, brand content, text, images) needed to complete the project.
8.2. The Client confirms that any material they provide is either owned by them or properly licensed, and agrees to hold Gulzenix harmless from any claims arising from misuse of such material.

9. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT (Customer Area)
9.1. If you create an account through our Customer Area, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
9.2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulzenix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or designs, including loss of business or revenue.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep any sensitive business information shared during a project confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
